心肌炎患者心脏磁共振成像的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging in patients with myocarditis

目的探讨心脏磁共振成像在心肌炎患者中的诊断价值。方法选取2016年8月—2018年8月中南大学湘雅二医院的心肌炎疑似患者80例进行研究。以临床诊断为参考标准,评价心脏磁共振成像在心肌炎患者中的敏感性、特异性。结果在80例心肌炎疑似患者中,55例心脏磁共振成像诊断为心肌炎,敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为80%、68%和77%,阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为89%、52%。结论心脏磁共振成像对心肌炎的诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging in patients with myocarditis.Methods From August 2016 to August 2018,80 patients with suspected myocarditis in the Second Xiangya Hospital of South University were enrolled.The clinical diagnosis was used as a reference standard to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging in patients with myocarditis.Results Of the 80 patients with suspected myocarditis,55 were diagnosed with myocarditis by cardiac magnetic resonance imaging.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 80%,68%and 77%respectively.Positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 89%and 52%respectively.Conclusion Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging is of great value in the diagnosis of myocarditis.
