2016年—2018年某院血培养标本中病原菌分布及耐药性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析血流感染主要病原菌种类及耐药情况。方法对医院2016年1月-2018年12月临床送检成人血培养标本的培养和药敏结果进行回顾性统计分析,对阳性标本进行病原菌统计分析。结果2016年1月-2018年12月医院共送检成人血培养标本17140份,阳性标本1753份,阳性率10.2%,共检出病原菌1737株。其中,革兰阴性菌1120株占64.48%,革兰阳性菌550株占31.66%,真菌49株占2.82%,专性厌氧菌18株占1.04%。病原菌分布占前3位的科室分别是重症医学科(ICU)、急诊科和血液内科。检出率较高的病原菌依次为:大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌。结论该院血流感染的病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,定期对血培养病原菌的分布及耐药情况进行分析,对临床合理用药有重要意义。 Objective To analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance of hospital bloodstream infection.Methods Respectively analysis of blood samples collected in authors'hospital during January 2016 to December 2018,the pathogens of positive blood culture were analyzed.Results A total of 1753 positive samples were detected in 17140 blood cultures,with a positive rate at 10.2%.Totally 1737 strains of pathogens were isolated,including 1120 strains of G-bacteria(64.48%),550 G+bacteria(31.66%),49 fungi(2.82%)and 18 strains of specific anaerobes(1.04%).The top three department were the Intensive Care Unit(ICU),the emergency department and the blood diseases department.The pathogens with high detection rate were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and coagulase-negative Staphylococci.Conclusion The pathogenic bacteria of bloodstream infection in the hospital are mainly G-bacteria.The regular analysis of the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in blood culture is of great significance for clinical drug use.
