北方荞麦薄层干燥特性的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为提高荞麦烘贮品质,改善荞麦因含水量较高而导致的收获后贮藏难度大,发生品质下降的问题。通过采用薄层干燥试验台,探求温度,风速及初始含水率对荞麦的干燥特性的影响,试验结果表明,当温度恒定时,风速越高,荞麦干燥速率越快;当风速恒定时,荞麦的含水率随温度升高呈下降趋势。使用薄层干燥试验台进行L9(34)正交试验,探求不同干燥组合对荞麦发芽率的影响,得出最佳干燥工艺组合为干燥温度40℃,风速0.5 m/s,荞麦初始含水率25.95%。在该组合条件下,通过使用Matlab对干燥前后荞麦脱壳籽粒图像处理,显示其面积收缩率为0.15。该试验结果为荞麦深床干燥提供参考。 In order to improve the quality of buckwheat storage and improve the storage of buckwheat due to high water content,it is difficult to store after harvest,and the quality is degraded.By using a thin-layer drying test bench,the effects of temperature,wind speed and initial moisture content on the drying characteristics of buckwheat were investigated.The test results show that when the temperature is constant,the higher the wind speed,the faster the buckwheat drying rate;when the wind speed is constant,the buckwheat The water content decreases with increasing temperature.The L9(34)orthogonal test was carried out using a thin-layer drying test bench to explore the effect of different drying combinations on the germination rate of buckwheat.The optimum drying process was 40℃,the wind speed was 0.5 m/s,and the initial moisture content of buckwheat was 25.95%.Under the combined conditions,the image of the buckwheat kernels before and after drying was processed by using Matlab,and the area shrinkage was 0.15.The test results provide a reference for the deep bed drying of buckwheat.
