整体护理干预在婴儿腹泻治疗中的作用

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention (CNI) on the curative effect of infantile diarrhea

目的探讨整体护理干预(comprehensive nursing intervention,CNI)对婴儿腹泻(infantile diarrhea,ID)疗效的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2018年1月笔者所在医院确诊为婴儿腹泻的住院患儿234例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予2个月的CNI,最终观察组和对照组各有100例患儿完成此次研究,比较两组患儿腹泻缓解率、排便次数减少时间、大便成形时间、住院时间、患儿家长满意度(院内和院外)、对腹泻认知程度、院外复发率等。结果观察组在腹泻缓解率(观察组vs对照组98 vs 85)、每天排便次数减少时间[(2.14±0.42)d vs(3.76±0.21)d]、大便成形时间[(4.24±0.42)d vs(8.44±1.18)d]、住院时间[(6.52±0.50)d vs(9.68±1.20)d]、患儿家长满意度(院内和院外)(99%vs 90%)、对腹泻认知程度(2 vs 10)、院外复发率等方面均优于对照组,两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹泻患儿采用整体护理干预,可使腹泻缓解率等方面有显著提升,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the influence of CNI on curative effect of infantile diarrhea(ID).Methods Total of 234 child-patients diagnosed as ID were enrolled from Jan.2015 to Jan.2018.All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in observation group were given 2 months CNI based on routine nursing.Totalled 100 patients this study.The remission rate of diarrhea,the time of stool frequency reduction,the time of stool formation,the time of hospitalization,the degree of family satisfaction(in hospital and out of hospital),the degree of cognition on diarrhea and the frequency of recurrence outside the hospital were compared between the two groups.Results Observation group was better than the control group in the aspects of the remission rate of diarrhea(98 vs.85),the time of stool frequency reduction[(2.14±0.42)d vs.(3.76±0.21)d],the time of stool formation[(4.24±0.42)d vs.(8.44±1.18)d],the time of hospitalization[(6.52±0.50)d vs.(9.68±1.20)d],the degree of family satis-faction(in hospital and out of hospital)(99%vs.90%),the degree of cognition of diarrhea(2 vs.10)and the frequency of recurrence outside the hospital,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CNI on child-patients with ID can significantly improve the effective rate such as the remission rate of diarrhea etc,and it has a great value in clinical application.
