摘要
探讨盐碱湿地土壤pH的动态及对土壤有机碳变化规律的影响,揭示内陆盐碱湿地土壤特性,为盐碱湿地的科学管理与生态环境的重建提供科学依据。以莫莫格内陆盐碱湿地沼泽土、沼泽化草甸土和草甸土3种类型土壤为研究对象,对比分析土壤pH的垂直分布和季节变化规律,以及土壤pH与有机碳之间的相关关系。结果表明:研究区沼泽土和草甸土土壤pH从表层向深层递增,3种土壤pH随季节变化表现为5月<7月<10月。土壤pH与TOC、MBC呈显著的负相关性,与DOC呈显著正相关性。
The main objective of this research was to study effects of dynamic changes of soil pH on the variation of organic carbon in soils of saline-alkali wetland,which can provide valuable basis for scientific management and reconstructing ecological environment of saline-alkali wetland.Comparative analysis between vertical distribution and seasonal dynamics of soil pH as well as correlation analysis on soil pH values and organic carbon content was performed in marsh soil,marsh-meadow soil and meadow soil from the inland saline-alkaline wetland of Momoge National Nature Reserve.Results showed that the pH values of marsh soil and meadow soil increased vertically from surface soil to the deeper layers;the pH values of the three types of soil changed according to seasonal dynamics,of which the soil pH had the maximum,median and minimum in October,July and May,respectively;there was greatly negative correlation between the pH values and the contents of TOC and MBC;the pH values had a significant positive correlation with the content of DOC.
