Research on the higher vocational courses of “Urban Agricultural Equipment Application Technology”

北京市都市现代农业的发展理念是"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享",突出农业生态、生活、生产、示范的四大首都功能定位,现代农业装备技术是实现北京农业功能定位的必须生产工具,因此,北京农业职业学院于2009年向北京市教委备案了目录外《都市农业装备应用技术》高职专业(国内首创),并于2010年开始面向北京市招生。为做好专业建设,调研北京都市农业装备技术发展及从业人员现状,分析得知从业人员呈现出文化程度低、年龄偏大、综合素质较低的缺陷,已不能满足北京都市现代农业发展的需要。经过人才需求分析,确定专业面向的技术领域和岗位群,制定人才培养方案的课程设置等内容,为人才培养打好基础。

The development concept of urban modern agriculture in Beijing is "innovation, coordination, green, openness, sharing", highlighting the functional positioning of the four capitals of agro-ecology, life, production and demonstration. Modern agricultural equipment technology is the necessary production to realize Beijing’s agricultural function positioning. Tools, therefore, in 2009, we filed a high-level professional(domestic initiative) in the "Urban Agricultural Equipment Application Technology" with the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, and began to recruit students in Beijing in 2010. In order to do a good job in professional construction, we investigated the development of urban agricultural equipment technology in Beijing and the status quo of employees. It is analyzed that the practitioners have the defects of low education level, large age and low comprehensive quality, which can no longer meet the development of Beijing urban modern agriculture need. After the analysis of talent needs, the professional-oriented technical fields and post groups were determined, and the curriculum of the talent training program was formulated to lay a solid foundation for talent training.
