摘要 miR-525属于C19MC miRNA家族成员,主要通过与靶基因mRNA的3’-UTR结合,在细胞基因的转录后水平发挥调控作用,参与细胞的生长分化和凋亡、损伤与修复、机体免疫等多种生命过程,影响多种疾病的发生发展,成为极具前景的疾病诊断、治疗、预后评估的新指标。 miR-525 belongs to the C19MC microRNA family.It plays a regulatory role in the post-transcriptional level of cell genes by binding to the 3'-UTR of target genes.It participates in many life processes,such as cell growth,differentiation,apoptosis,injury and repair,and immunity,and affects the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases,thus becomes extremely important.Last but not least,it will become a promising new indicator for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation.
