肾七方加大黄灌肠汤联合治疗慢性肾衰竭的效果观察

Effect observation on combined treatment of chronic renal failure with Shenqifang and rhubarb enema decoction

目的探讨慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者应用肾七方与大黄灌肠汤联合治疗的临床效果,为临床提供参考。方法选择本院2016年2月至2018年10月收治的慢性肾衰竭患者80例作为研究对象,以随机双盲法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组用黄芪注射液与川芎注射液治疗,观察组则加用肾七方与大黄灌肠汤加减治疗。评价两组效果,记录两组治疗前后症状变化情况,检测治疗前后生化指标,并比较分析。结果观察组总有效率为82.50%,显著高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05);两组治疗前常见症状倦怠乏力、腰膝酸痛、纳少腹胀、恶心呕吐发生率比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组前述症状发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前血肌酐(SCr)、血红蛋白(Hb)、尿素氮(BUN)比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组SCr、BUN显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而Hb显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾衰竭在常规治疗措施上加用肾七方与大黄灌肠汤联合治疗,一方面可以提高临床效果,另一方面可更好地改善患者的症状,促进血生化指标降低,更好地延缓肾功能衰竭,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of Shenqifang and rhubarb enema decoction in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF) in order to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 80 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random doubleblind method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with astragalus injection and ligume injection, while the observation group was treated with Shenqifang and rhubarb enema decoction. To evaluate the effect of two groups, record the change of symptoms before and after treatment, test biochemical indicators before and after treatment, and compare and analyze. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 82.50%, which was significantly higher than the control group’ s 60.00 %(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of common symptoms before treatment: burnout, lumbago, abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting. The incidence of the aforementioned symptoms was significantly lower in the post-treatment observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance between the two groups before the treatment of anterior creatinine(SCr), hemoglobin(Hb) and urea nitrogen(BUN). SCr and BUN were significantly lower in the post-treatment observation group than in the control group(P<0.05), while Hb was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic renal failure can improve the clinical effect, on the other hand, it can improve the patient’ s symptoms, promote the decrease of blood biochemical index, and delay renal failure better. It is worth clinical application.
