摘要
随着风冷调节料仓的储存空间不断增大,传统单风道风冷调节料仓已不能完全冷却骨料,存在较大的风冷死角区域,而不断增加制冷设备的运行时间将导致设备利用率降低,造成能源的浪费。针对这一难题,设计出一种仓壁对流式风道风冷调节料仓以提高风冷效率,增加骨料的有效冷却区域面积,减少风冷死角区域,有利于对骨料进行全面的预冷,提高制冷设备的利用率,达到节能减排及提高温控混凝土质量的效果。介绍了具体的研究过程。
With the increasing storage space of air-cooled regulation bins,the traditional single channel air-cooled regulation bins cannot completely cool the aggregate,there is a large dead angle area of air cooling,and the increasing operation time of refrigeration equipment will lead to the reduction of equipment utilization rate and energy waste.In order to solve this problem,a kind of bin wall convection duct air-cooled regulation bin is designed to improve the air cooling efficiency,increase the effective cooling area of aggregate,and reduce the dead angle area of air cooling,which is conducive to the comprehensive precooling of aggregate,as well as to improve the utilization rate of refrigeration equipment,achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction and improve the quality of temperature controlled concrete.The specific research process is introduced.
