立轴半伞式水轮发电机组弹性油箱水平及受力调整工艺

摘要 机组径向轴承主要用来承受机组转动部件重量和传递轴向水推力;弹性油箱式推力轴承作为立轴混流式水轮发电机组径向轴承最为常见类型;其特点表现为受力稳定,自调节性能较强,后期运行维护量小;其难点在于检修中对水平与受力调整工作较复杂和烦琐;在遵循传统推力轴承水平和受力调整客观规律,改进其调整工艺及方案值得学习借鉴。 The transverse bearing of the unit is mainly used to bear the weight of the rotatable parts of the generator and transmit the axial hydraulic thrust;the elastic oil tank type thrust bearing is the most common type of the transverse bearing of the vertical shaft francis hydro-generator,which is characterized by stable force,strong self-regulation performance and small amount of operation and maintenance in the later period,while the difficulty lies in the complexity of the horizontal and force adjustment during the maintenance;on the basis of following the objective law of traditional thrust bearing horizontal and force adjustment,the improvement of the adjustment technology and scheme has certain value of reference.
