国家高度重视安全生产工作,在隐患排查治理的基础之上,提出了安全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防机制(以下简称双重预防机制),安全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防机制是面对时代发展新要求,从根本上解决安全生产突出问题的积极探索,是一项富有创新性的工作,是遏制重特大事故的一个重要手段。

The state attaches great importance to the work safety.On the basis of investigation and governance of hidden hazards,it puts forward a dual prevention mechanism of hierarchical management and control of safety risks and investigation and governance of hidden hazards(hereinafter referred to as dual prevention mechanism).In the face of the new requirements of the development of the times,the dual prevention mechanism is an active exploration to fundamentally solve prominent problems in work safety,an innovative new work,and an important means to curb major and serious accidents.
