公安民警对心理疏导的认知现状与路径研究

Study on the Cognition Situation and Ways of Police’s Psychological Counseling

当前,伴随着社会治安形势的不断发展变化和人民群众日益增长的对美好生活的需要,公安工作中需要应对的风险和挑战不断增加,公安民警承受的心理压力也在不断增加。公安民警心理健康一旦出现问题,不仅会损害民警身心健康,也会影响公安工作顺利有效的开展。本文选取山东省烟台市某公安分局的民警随机发放纸质问卷,以获得民警对心理疏导的认知现状,了解民警对心理疏导的看法和开展情况,从而采用针对性的策略和办法。问卷结果发现,公安机关存在对心理疏导认识不足、重视程度不够以及机构组织、人员配置不健全等问题。心理疏导以人为主体开展,合理地将心理疏导加以运用,不仅能够帮助民警解决心理问题,对公安队伍建设也会产生积极作用。

At present,along with the continuous development and change of social security situation and the increasing needs of the people for a better life,both the risks and challenges in the public security work and the psychological pressure of police are increasing.Once the psychological problems of police emerge,they not only harm the physical and psychological health of police,but also affect the smooth and effective development of public security work.This paper selected the policemen of certain public security subbureau in Yantai,Shandong province to randomly issue paper questionnaires so as to obtain their cognition situation on psychological counseling,understand their views and the progress of psychological counseling,thus adopting the targeted strategies and methods.It is found that the public security organs have some problems,such as insufficient understanding and attention of psychological counseling,imperfect organization and personnel allocation.Carrying out the psychological counseling with people as the main body and using it rationally can not only help the police solve the psychological problems,but also play a positive role in the construction of police team.
