摘要
鉴于当前大空隙沥青混合料和排水路面设计过程中存在的渗透性评价不准确,无法有效控制设计孔隙率,导致路面由于孔隙率过大或过小而产生早期破坏等问题,研究结合排水路面实体工程设计了大空隙沥青混合料,借助工业CT对室内成型的试件和路面取芯的试件进行了断层扫描,对空隙和渗透系数分布特征等内容进行了研究。孔隙率的分布,以及横向和竖向渗透性评价结果表明,大空隙沥青混合料的横向渗透性大于竖向渗透性,与竖向渗透性是倍数关系。
Current permeability evaluation for large void asphalt mixture and drainage pavement design process is not accurate,unable to effectively control the design porosity,resulting in too small or too large pavement porosity,and produce early damage and other problems.In this study,a large void asphalt mixture has been designed in combination with solid engineering of drainage pavement.By means of industrial CT,indoors shaped specimen and cored specimen of pavement have been tomography scanned,and the distribution characteristics of void and permeability coefficient have been studied.The porosity distribution and the horizontal and vertical permeability evaluation results have shown that the horizontal permeability of the large-void asphalt mixture is greater than that of the vertical permeability,which has a multiple relationship with the vertical permeability.
