半柔性罩面技术在辽宁省高速公路收费站水泥路面维修中的应用

Application of Semi-flexible Cover Technology in Maintenance of Cement Pavement of Expressway Toll Station in Liaoning Province

在对高速公路收费站水泥路面病害现场调查的基础上,通过分析病害成因,确定了收费站水泥路面维修方案。在对比分析的基础上,结合收费站路面维修经验与尝试,选择半柔性混合料作为水泥路面罩面材料,并提出了半柔性混合料基体和水泥胶浆的设计参数和施工工艺。

On the basis of on-site investigation of cement pavement disease at toll stations,cement pavement maintenance plan for toll station has been determined by analyzing the causes of diseases.On the basis of comparative analysis,being combined with experience and attempt of pavement maintenance of toll stations,semi-flexible mixture has been selected as the material of cement pavement,and the design parameters and construction technology for semi-flexible mixture matrix and cement mortar have been proposed.
