基于锚下预应力检测结果的张拉施工质量控制 被引量:4

摘要 预应力在工程建设中被广泛应用,对其施工质量的控制十分重要。公路桥梁的预应力通常采用后张法进行施工,其张拉质量主要受控于钢绞线所受力值大小及不同钢绞线间力值差异。结合开展锚下有效预应力检测工作的情况,对预应力张拉施工的常见问题、注意事项等进行归纳整理;通过进行检测前后预应力张拉的质量情况,介绍检测工作在张拉质量控制中的应用效果。 Prestressing has been widely used in engineering construction,and the control of its construction quality is of the most importance.Prestressing highway bridges has been usually constructed by adopting post-tensioning method.The tensile quality has been mainly controlled by the magnitude of the force exerted on the strands and the difference of force values between different strands.Being based on the developing of detection of effective prestressing testing under anchor,in this paper,the common problems and matters needing attention in prestressing tension construction have been summed up.Moreover,through the quality of prestressed tension before and after testing,the application effect of testing in tension quality control has been expounded.
