摘要
为提高广韶高速公路大宝山隧道路面的使用性能,采用超薄磨耗层对旧路面进行了加铺,通过材料的选择、配合比设计优化、路用性能验证、实体工程的铺筑及跟踪观测,探讨超薄磨耗层在隧道路面加铺的应用效果。通过选用坚硬、耐磨的辉绿岩集料并进行级配优化设计,确定了油石比为4.9%的超薄磨耗层最佳配比;经高温性能、水稳定性能、抗滑性能等试验验证,设计的超薄磨耗层具有较优的路用性能;通过实体工程的应用及效果跟踪观测,表明采用2cm磨耗层对隧道水泥路面进行加铺罩面可改善隧道路面的行驶质量与安全性能。
In order to improve the performance of Dabaoshan tunnel pavement on Guangshao Expressway,the old pavement has been overlaid with ultra-thin wear layer.Through material selection,mix design optimization,road performance verification,physical engineering pavement and tracking observation,the application effect of ultra-thin wear layer in tunnel pavement overlay has been studied.The results have shown that the optimum proportion of ultra-thin wearing course with oil-stone ratio of 4.9%is determined by selecting hard and wear-resistant diabase aggregates and optimizing gradation design;the ultra-thin wearing course designed has excellent road performance verified by high temperature performance,water stability performance,anti-skid performance tests.Through application of physical engineering and effect tracking observation,it has been proved that using 2cm wear layer to overlay tunnel cement pavement can improve the driving quality and safety performance of tunnel pavement.
