摘要 为提高实验教学的质量,对环境微生物学实验教学内容、教学方法和考核方式进行改革.增加分子生物学实验和设计性实验,调整验证性实验和综合性实验的比例,使学生得到较好的技能训练,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力;引导学生参与课前准备工作和课后打扫工作,引入蓝墨云班课新媒体教学,激发学生的学习兴趣;改变授课模式,采用模块化的教学形式;构建多元化的过程性考核体系,客观、公正和量地评价每一名学生. In order to improve the quality of experimental teaching,reformed the teaching content,teaching methods and assessment methods of environmental microbiology experiments.Molecular biology experiments and design experiments have been added to the experimental content,and the proportion of confirmatory experiments and comprehensive experiments has been adjusted to enable students to get better skills training and develop students′ability to analyze and solve problems.Guide students to participate in pre-class preparation and after-school cleaning,and introduce new media teaching in the blue ink cloud class to stimulate students′interest in learning.Change the class mode by adopting a modular teaching form.Each student is evaluated objectively,fairly and quantitatively by building a diverse process assessment system.
