化学镀银后钴铬合金基托材料对白色念珠菌的抗菌性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 ①目的研究采用化学镀银的方法镀银后的钴铬合金抗白色念珠菌的性能,从而为镀银钴铬合金基托材料的临床应用和未来方向提供依据。②方法采用单因素变量实验法,通过添加不同浓度的化学试剂进行镀银得到不同试件12枚,每组4枚,并对每组试件进行24小时的抗菌实验观察。通过对比抑菌环的直径,比较各组试件的抑菌性。③结果化学镀银后的钴铬合金试件的抑菌性增强,三个实验组与未镀银空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),检验三组实验试件对白色念珠菌的抑菌性存在差异(P<0.05),得出抑菌性最优实验试件为化学镀银5g/L组。④结论化学镀银后钴铬合金基托材料对白色念珠菌具有较好的抑制作用。 Objective To electrolessly plate cobalt-chromium alloy by electroless silver plating method and study its surface characteristics and resistance to candida albicans,so as to provide a basis for clinical application of silver-plated cobalt-chromium alloy base material in oral repair.Methods The single-factor variable experiment method was used to add 12 different specimens of silver with different concentrations of chemical reagents to obtain 12 different specimens,4 in each group,and each group of specimens chemical reagents to obtain 12 experiments.Diameter,so that the bacteriostasis of each test piece could be directly compared.Results The bacteriostasis of the cobalt-chromium alloy test piece after electroless silver plating was enhanced,and the difference between the three experimental groups and the unsilvered blank group was statistically significant(P<0.05).After analysis of variance,the three groups of test specimens were tested for differences in bacteriostasis against candida albicans(P<0.05).It was concluded that the best bacteriostatic test specimens were electroless silver plating 5g/L group.Conclusion The cobalt-chromium alloy base material after electroless siler plating has a good inhibitory effect on oral candida albicans.
