2种镍钛器械预备磨牙弯曲根管的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较S3和ProTaper这2种镍钛器械在不同弯曲度磨牙根管中的成形效果。方法分别选取中度弯曲和重度弯曲根管的磨牙各100颗,随机分为S3组和ProTaper组,各50颗,分别使用S3和ProTaper这2种镍钛器械预备根管,侧压法充填根管,比较2种器械的根管成形效果、器械分离情况、术后疼痛反应情况。结果2组预备中度弯曲根管时,根管成形效果好,术后疼痛反应少,器械分离数少,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在预备重度弯曲根管时,S3组的成形效果优于ProTaper组,ProTaper组的器械分离数高于S3组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中度弯曲根管中,S3和ProTaper均有良好的预备效果。在重度弯曲根管中,S3的预备效果优于ProTaper。 Objective To compare the forming effects of two nickel-titanium instruments,S3 and ProTaper,in molar root canals with different curvatures.Methods A total of 200 molars with moderately curved and severely curved root canals were selected and randomly divided into S3 group and ProTaper group,each with 50 teeth.Root canals were prepared using two nickel-titanium instruments,S3 and ProTaper,and the root canals were filled with lateral pressure.The effects of root canal shaping,instrument separation,and postoperative pain response were compared between the two instruments.Results When the two instruments were used to prepare a moderately curved root canal,the effect of root canal formation was good,the postoperative pain response was small,and the number of device separations was small.The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the preparation of severely curved root canals,the forming effect of the S3 group was better than that of the ProTaper group,and the number of instrument separations of the ProTaper group was higher than that of the S3 group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In moderately curved root canals,both S3 and ProTaper have good preparation effects.In severely curved root canals,the preparation effect of S3 is better than ProTaper.
