牛樟种质资源表型性状的鉴别 被引量:1

摘要 对福建省引种的10个不同来源的牛樟表型性状进行调查与主成分分析、聚类分析,探讨鉴别纯正牛樟品种的方法。结果表明:福建各地引种的牛樟种质的叶片颜色、叶片形状、叶面积、叶周长、叶长、叶宽和叶的长宽比等都存在丰富的多样性,不同来源地的牛樟表型性状差异明显,主成分分析总共提取了叶面积、叶周长2个主成分,2个主成分的特征值分别为4.957、1.539,累计贡献率为92.810%(≥70%),说明叶面积与叶周长这2个性状是牛樟种质鉴别分类的重要指标;Q型聚类分析表明,10个不同来源的牛樟种质分为Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类2大类,Ⅰ类为南安、永安1、龙海、德化、永安2、永春1、永春2,Ⅱ类为福建农林大学、南靖、漳浦。说明可以利用叶面积和叶周长这2个表型性状对牛樟进行初步鉴别与分类。 This paper investigated and analyzed the phenotypic traits of Cinnamonum kanehirae Hayata introduced into Fujian Province from 10 different origins,and then discussed the methodologies for identifying of the germplasm of Cinnamonum kanehirae Hayata.The leaf color,leaf shape,leaf area,leaf perimeter,leaf length,leaf width,and leaf length-width ratio of these samples shows a rich diversity and are selected as parameters for the further classification task.The phenotypic traits of Cinnamonum kanehirae Hayata from different origins have significant differences.By using the principal component analysis two parameters,the leaf area,and leaf perimeter are extracted as principal components with eigenvalues of 4.957 and 1.539 respectively,which explains 92.81% of the total variance(≥70%).The result indicates that leaf area and leaf perimeter can be chosen as indicators to identify and classify the germplasm of Cinnamonum kanehirae Hayata.Furthermore,a Q-type factor analysis was conducted to classify these samples from 10 origins into two categories,Category I contains samples collected from Nan′an,Yong′an 1,Longhai,Dehua,Yong′an 2,Yongchun 1 and Yongchun 2,and the others,sampled from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,Nanjing and Zhangpu,are classified as Category Ⅱ.
