摘要
新时代职业院校劳动教育寄托了国家落实“立德树人”根本任务和促进人才培养模式改革的双重期望,并体现政治教育属性遵从、全面育人属性遵从、院校治理属性遵从的价值表征。然而,当前职业院校劳动教育在价值目标、价值功能、价值手段、价值评价等方面呈现一些异化偏向。有鉴于此,职业院校有必要重塑劳动价值导向,强化个体化劳动情感认同;摆脱路径固化,探索多样化劳动教育实践路径;补齐评价短板,构建常态化劳动教育质量保障体系;聚焦劳模人物,塑造和谐化社会劳动环境等,彰显与强化劳动教育价值。
Vocational collegers labor education in the new era has embodied the dual expectations from ihe state,which are implementing the fundamental task of"fostering virtue through education"and promoting the reform of talent training mode.Such labor education also demonstrates several representations of values,including compliance of the political education attribute,the comprehensive education attribute and the institutional governance attribute.However,in present,there exists some alienated deviations regarding values of vocational college labor education in aspects of its goals,functions,means and appraisal.Therefore,four recommendations were proposed for vocational colleges.Specifically,they should reshape the value orientation of labor and strengthen individual's affective identification of labor;discard fixed and singular path of practicing labor education and explore diverse methods instead;improve the appraisal process of labor education and establish a regular quality assurance system;devote more attention to model workers and build a hamionious social environment for laboring.It is believed that through accomplishing the above initiatives,values of labor education can be manifested and enhanced.
