基于教育现代化的区域终身教育体系构建策略——以四川省为例

Construction Strategies of Regional Lifelong Education System Based on Ideas of Education Modernization——Using Sichuan Province as an Example

当前四川省终身教育体系构建仍然面临着终身教育地位依然缺失上位法律支撑、终身教育实践缺乏有效统筹协调机制、终身教育沟通衔接渠道尚未完全畅通以及终身学习理念尚未充分深入社会人心等现实问题。在教育现代化的新阶段,四川省终身教育体系构建需要在强化终身教育的法律地位、建立健全终身教育的保障措施、试点实施不同教育的衔接沟通以及加大终身教育的宣传推广等方面重点推进。

At present,there are few realistic issues regarding ihe construction of lifelong education system in Sichuan province.Specifically,the lifelong education in Sichuan province is short of upper-level legal support;the practice of lifelong education lacks an effective unified coordination mechanism;the communicating and connecting channek of lifelong education is not yet fully accessible;and the concept of lifelong education has not been interiorized by the public.Therefore,the current study proposed several strategies to promote the lifelong education system in Sichuan province.Particularly,in the new stage of education modernization,the legal status of lifelong education should be strengthen;the comprehensive safeguards for lifelong education should be established;the communicating and connecting channels of lifelong education should be piloted and implemented;and the propaganda and promotion of lifelong education should be enhanced.
