摘要
随着我国建筑业的不断发展,幕墙的使用率逐年增高,幕墙事故的发生率也随之增多,直接影响人们的生命安全。因此,如何采取有效手段及时发现幕墙缺陷是幕墙行业亟待解决的重要问题。面域扫描可在既有玻璃幕墙外观检查过程中,有效发现幕墙玻璃开裂和其他不良施工情况,提高幕墙全面精细普查的效率。本文在总结面域扫描成像法主要设备和检测方法的基础上,分析了面域扫描过程中故障的定位技术问题和故障数据回溯方法。并通过工程实例验证该方法的可行性,为类似工程提供参考。
With the continuous development of China’ s construction industry, the utilization of curtain walls has increased year by year, combined with the incidence of curtain wall accidents has also increased which directly affecting people ’ s lives. Therefore, how to take effective measures to detect curtain wall defects in time is an important issue to be solved urgently in the curtain wall industry. Surface area scanning can effectively detect the cracking of the curtain wall glass and discovers other poor construction conditions during the inspection of the existing glass curtain wall, and improve the efficiency of the comprehensive and fine screening of the curtain wall.Based on the summary of the main equipment and detection methods of the surface area scanning imaging method,the paper analyzes the fault location technology and the fault data backtracking method during the area scanning process. Besides, the feasibility of the method is verified by engineering project. The research can provides reference for similar projects.
