米易“蜕变”记

2019年11月底,攀枝花市米易县依旧艳阳高照,气温达到了25℃。在丙谷镇的金润民果蔬分拣分级中心的仓库里,一台长十数米的果蔬分拣设备,占据了仓库约1/3面积。这个"大家伙"前不久刚被采购回来,耗资100多万元。中心总经理刘思宏介绍,这个庞然大物每小时可完成20吨番茄的筛选,相当于20人一天的工作量,且能实现比人工更精准的区分度,可以用色谱区分不同的颜色,质谱区分出的重量能精确到克,早春时节就能派上大用场。
