推进科技体制创新改革 构筑现代产业发展高地——关于赴江苏南京开展科技体制专题调研的情况报告

近期,四川省发改委组织调研组赴江苏省南京市开展科技体制创新改革专题调研。江苏省通过政策"组合拳",建设新型研发机构,培育园区和企业载体以及科技体制改革和新型平台载体建设等举措在推进科技体制创新改革方面取得实效。四川和江苏都是科教大省,学习江苏省的举措经验对四川省科技体制创新改革具有重要借鉴意义。

Recently,Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission organized a research team to carry out a special research on the innovation and reform of the science and technology system in Nanjing City,Jiangsu Province.Jiangsu Province has achieved tangible results in promoting the innovation and reform of the science and technology system through the integrative policies,the construction of new research and development institutions,the cultivation of parks and enterprise carriers,and the reform of the science and technology system and the construction of new platform carriers.Sichuan Province and Jiangsu Province are both major provinces in science and education.Learning from Jiangsu Province's experience is of great significance for the innovation and reform of Sichuan’s science and technology system.
