浅谈中国城轨工程技术标准“走出去”

Some thoughts on “going global” of China’s urban rail transit engineering technology

自2013年"一带一路"倡议提出以来,越来越多的中国企业走出国门,积极参与沿线建设、合作与交流,取得丰硕成果。城市轨道交通作为城市发展的重要基础设施,众多发展中国家对此提出建设需求,经过一大批轨道建设者的不断努力,城市轨道交通项目在海外相继落地。本文系统介绍了各国城市轨道交通发展的基本情况,结合当前海外建设在标准体系及"走出去"遇到的问题上进行了分析、探讨以期为行业发展及相关企业提供借鉴和参考。

Since China put forward the Belt and Road Initiative in 2013,a growing number of Chinese enterprises have started to branch out overseas,taking active part in construction,cooperation and exchange in countries along the routes and delivering fruitful results.As an important infrastructure in urban development,urban rail transit represents part of the construction needs of many developing countries.Thanks to the constant efforts of a host of rail constructors,many urban rail transit projects have been implemented in overseas countries.Building on a systematic account of the basic information on the urban rail transit development in these countries,this paper analyzes and discusses the challenges that Chinese enterprises engaged in overseas construction are facing in standard system and“going global”,in an effort to provide best practice and reference for the whole industry and enterprises operating in it.
