摘要
目的观察思维导图+基于问题学习PBL教学法,应用于医学影像学习见教学中的效果。方法选取本院2017年10月—2018年10月240名临床医学专业的学生,然后按照随机平行方法分为观察组(n=120)、对照组(n=120)。观察组实行思维导图+PBL教学法,对照组实行单独PBL教学法,予以比较两组学生测试情况、分析实行思维导图+PBL教学法评价及学生的态度。结果观察组学生的测试成绩,与对照组学生的测试成绩相比较,P<0.05。见习教师、助教、讲师、副教授带教学生成绩情况进行比较,P>0.05。结论医学影像学见习教学中,采用思维导图+PBL教学法组织教学活动,对于提高学生学习成绩、加深学生学习知识的记忆、理解学习知识,以及提高学生自主学习能力、解决问题能力等方面,均有积极的影响。
Objective To observe the effect of mind mapping+problembased learning PBL teaching method in medical image learning.Methods 240 clinical medical students from October 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group(n=120)and control group(n=120)according to random parallel method.The observation group was given mind mapping+PBL teaching method,while the control group was given PBL teaching method alone.The test situation of the two groups was compared,and the evaluation of mind mapping+PBL teaching method and the attitude of the students were analyzed.Results The test scores of the students in the observation group were compared with those of the students in the control group(P<0.05).The results of probationary teachers,assistants,lecturers and associate professors were compared,P>0.05.Conclusion In medical imaging probation teaching,the use of mind mapping+PBL teaching method to organize teaching activities has a positive impact on improving students'academic performance,deepening students'memory of learning knowledge,understanding learning knowledge,improving students'selflearning ability and problem solving ability.
