摘要
康复医学是医学的一个重要分支,是后起的新兴学科,于上个世纪八十年代中期才引进我国,至今仅有三十多年的发展历史,而康复医学的高等教育更是起步较晚。近年来,我国康复医学事业虽然得到较快且稳步发展,但面临着新时期巨大的康复需求,我国康复医学教育与学科发展和社会需求之间的矛盾日益凸显,伴随着人口老龄化的进程与现代医学的进步,患者死亡率虽大大下降,但致残率却逐年增高。而旨在改善病、伤、残者身心及社会功能障碍的康复医学迎来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。如何培养高素质的康复医学生成为医学院校面临的重大课题,如何将现有的教学模式打破,全面实施PBL教学值得广大康复医学教者的深思。文章就目前边远地区医学院校康复医学实施PBL教学存在的困难及其对策做一简单分析。
Rehabilitation medicine is an important branch of medicine.It is a new subject in the later period.It was introduced to China in the mid-1980s.It has only 30 years of development history,and higher education in rehabilitation medicine is still starting Late.In recent years,although the cause of rehabilitation medicine in China has been developed rapidly and steadily,it faces a huge demand for rehabilitation in the new era.The contradiction between the education of rehabilitation medicine and the development of disciplines and social needs in China has become increasingly prominent,accompanied by the process of population aging.With the advancement of modern medicine,although the mortality rate of patients has dropped greatly,the disability rate has increased year by year.Rehabilitation medicine aimed at improving the physical,mental and social dysfunction of sick,injured and disabled people has ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges.How to cultivate highquality rehabilitation medical student is a major issue facing medical colleges.How to break the existing teaching mode and fully implement PBL teaching is worthy of deep thinking by the majority of rehabilitation medical teachers.This paper makes a simple analysis of the difficulties and strategies of implementing PBL teaching in rehabilitation medicine in medical colleges and universities in remote areas.
