摘要
目的对ICU护士应用“一对一”导师制带教形式的效果进行探讨。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月进入本院重症监护室的护士实习生共96名,将其按照带教模式的不同随机均分并设组,分别实施“一对一”导师制带教模式和传统带教模式,每组48名学生,依次设定为观察组和对照组。不同带教模式产生的教学效果不同,对比两组学生的考核成绩,评估方案的应用及推广意义。结果通过3个月带教,观察组的理论考核成绩(92.17±2.03)分、技术操作考核成绩(90.14±0.48)分,对照组分别为(79.51±0.12)分、(70.15±0.36)分,P<0.05。且观察组对教学方法的评价高于对照组,P<0.05。结论为了提高护士实习生的综合素质,保证ICU护理教学效果,建议推广应用“一对一”导师制带教模式。
Objective To explore the effect of"one-to-one"tutorial system for ICU nurses.Methods Ninety-six interns from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to different teaching modes.One-to-one tutorial system and traditional teaching mode were implemented respectively.48 students in each group were divided into observation group and control group in turn.Different teaching modes produce different teaching effects.Comparing the assessment results of the two groups of students,the application and promotion significance of the evaluation program.Results After 3 months of teaching,the theoretical assessment score(92.17±2.03)points and technical operation assessment score(90.14±0.48)points of the observation group were compared with those of the control group(79.51±0.12)points and(70.15±0.36)points,P<0.05.The evaluation of teaching methods in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to improve the comprehensive quality of nurses'interns and ensure the effect of nursing teaching in ICU,it is suggested that the"one-to-one"tutorial system be popularized and applied.
