在当前社会环境下,我国的医患关系仍处于一种“亚健康”状态,存在医患纠纷多、患方满意度低和医方心理负担重等问题,医患矛盾冲突的形势仍较为严峻。如何营造和谐的医患关系,面对医患危机事件及时妥善地作出反应,这是卫生从业者应该关注的。本文将结合实践,探讨总结医学生通过早期实践中关于问卷调查的医患沟通技巧的几点体会,希望能给医学生早期医患沟通技巧的培养和应用带来一些帮助和思考,加强医学生的医患沟通阶段性渐进性教育,促进医学生掌握早期医患沟通技巧、培养团队合作精神、增强自信心和自豪感,为将来工作中减少医患矛盾奠定良好的基础。

In the current social environment,the doctor-patient relationship in our country is now in a state of"sub-health".There are many disputes between doctors and patients,such as low satisfaction of patients and heavy psychological burden on doctors.The situation of conflicts between doctors and patients,unfortunately,is still grim.Therefore,health practitioners should pay attention to how to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and respond to doctor-patient crisis timely and properly.This article will discuss and summarize some experiences of medical students'communication skills between doctors and patients in early practice based on practice.I would be very glad if it could bring some help and thinking to the cultivation and application of medical students'early doctor-patient communication skills.In order to strengthen the progressive education of doctor-patient communication,promote doctor-patient communication skills in early stage,cultivate team spirit,enhance self-confidence and sense of pride among medical students,and lay a good foundation for reducing doctor-patient conflicts in future work.
