摘要 目的探究3.6%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法对中重度痤疮的治疗效果。方法选取2014年10月—2018年10月期间于笔者单位治疗中重度痤疮的80例患者作为研究对象,以随机数字法将所有患者分入对照组(40例)与研究组(40例)。其中对照组采取红蓝光+中药治疗,研究组采取3.6%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力+中药治疗。比较两组研究对象的治疗效果和不良反应率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92.5%(37/40),对照组治疗总有效率为72.5%(29/40),研究组不良反应率为2.5%(1/40),对照组不良反应率为17.5%(7/40),两组进行治疗效果和不良反应率的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3.6%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗中重度痤疮疗效显著且安全性高。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of 3.6% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy on moderate to severe acne.Methods 80 patients with moderate to severe acne treated in our unit from October 2014 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were divided into control group(40 cases)and research group(40 cases)by random number method.The control group was treated with red and blue light plus traditional Chinese medicine,while the research group was treated with 3.6% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic plus traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effects and adverse reaction rates of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.5%(37/40),the total effective rate of the control group was 72.5%(29/40),the adverse reaction rate of the study group was 2.5%(1/40),and the adverse reaction rate of the control group was 17.5%(7/40),the treatment effect and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3.6% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.
