摘要
目的分析和探讨多烯磷脂酰胆碱对手足口病并发肝损害患儿血清肝功能指标的影响。方法选择从2016年12月—2018年12月在本院进行治疗的手足口病并发肝损害患儿90例,以45例为一组,分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用糖皮质激素、丙种球蛋白、镇静剂、抗病毒药物进行对症治疗,在此基础上观察组加用多烯磷脂酰胆碱。观察并对比两组血清肝功能指标的变化。结果治疗前,观察组ALP、AST、ALT分别是(154.8±5.6)U/L、(160.5±5.3)U/L、(168.2±4.6)U/L,对照组分别是(155.7±4.5)U/L、(159.6±5.4)U/L、(169.1±4.5)U/L,组间比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14 d后,观察组ALP、AST、ALT分别是(156.6±3.4)U/L、(47.2±3.1)U/L、(36.8±2.6)U/L,对照组分别是(157.1±4.0)U/L、(121.4±3.0)U/L、(87.2±5.3)U/L,组内、组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手足口病并发肝损害的治疗中,多烯磷脂酰胆碱可显著减低患儿的丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To analyze and explore the effect of Sanofi on serum liver function in children with hand,foot and mouth disease complicated with liver damage.Methods Ninety children with hand,foot and mouth disease complicated with liver damage treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoids,gamma globulin,sedatives and antiviral drugs.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Sanofi.The changes of serum liver function indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,ALP,AST and ALT in the observation group were(154.8±5.6)U/L,(160.5±5.3)U/L,(168.2±4.6)U/L,respectively,and those in the control group were(155.7±4.5)U/L,(159.6±5.4)U/L,(169.1±4.5)U/L,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,ALP,AST and ALT in the observation group were(156.6±3.4)U/L,(47.2±3.1)U/L and(36.8±2.6)U/L,respectively,and those in the control group were(157.1±4.0)U/L,(121.4±3.0)U/L and(87.2±5.3)U/L,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanofi can significantly reduce the levels of alanine transferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease complicated with liver damage.
