左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的价值分析

Value of Levetiracetam in the Treatment of Epilepsy in Children

目的研究左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的价值,为临床提供指导。方法选择从2017年12月—2018年12月收治的40例癫痫患儿纳入此次研究工作,按照数字随机分方式将其划分成两组,命名为实验组与对照组,各有20例。对照组接受奥卡西平治疗,实验组接受奥卡西平联合左乙拉西坦治疗,对比两组患儿临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果经比较,实验组临床治疗效果比对照组高,不良反应发生率低于对照组,有明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫,可以不断提升临床疗效,且用药安全性较高。

Objective To study the value of levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy in children and to provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods 40 children with epilepsy admitted from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected for this study.They were randomly divided into two groups,named experimental group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxcarbazepine,while the experimental group was treated with oxcarbazepine combined with levetiracetam.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical therapeutic effect of the experimental group was higher and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Levetiracetam can continuously improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy with high safety and obvious clinical application value.
