针灸推拿加牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

Effect of Acupuncture And Moxibustion Plus Traction on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的对针灸推拿加牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果进行分析和研究。方法选择本院收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,按照患者病历单双号进行分组,两组病例数相同。采用针灸推拿治疗对照组,在此基础上,采用联合牵引治疗的方式治疗观察组,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果观察组总有效率为98.3%,观察组总有效率与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗前的VAS评分为(4.52±1.39)分,治疗后为(1.20±0.35)分,对照组治疗前的VAS评分为(4.48±1.59)分,治疗后为(2.43±0.73)分,两组患者治疗前差异不具有统计学意义(t=0.305,P>0.05),治疗后观察组明显低于对照组(t=3.461,P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者采用在针灸推拿治疗的基础上,辅以牵引治疗效果更佳,而且能够很好地改善患者的疼痛感,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion plus traction on lumbar disc herniation.Methods 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were grouped according to the single and double numbers of the patients'medical records.The number of cases in the two groups was the same.The acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group was used to treat the control group.On the basis of this,the observation group was treated by combined traction therapy,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.3%,and the total effective rate in the observation group was statistically different from that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score before treatment was(4.52±1.39)points in the observation group and(1.20±0.35)points after treatment.The VAS score before treatment was(4.48±1.59)points in the control group and(2.43±0.73)points after treatment.The difference was not significant(t=0.305,P>0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(t=3.461,P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with lumbar disc herniation,acupuncture and massage are used on the basis of acupuncture and massage therapy,and the traction treatment is more effective,and it can improve the patient's pain and the quality of life of the patient.
