摘要 目的探讨实施以病例为基础的教学法(CBL)联合人文教学在全科医师规范化培训(全科规培)学员神经病学教学中的应用效果。方法选取进入蚌埠医学院第一附属医院进行全科医师规范化培训的2017级全科规培学员80人作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各40人,实验组采用CBL联合医学人文教学的教学模式,对照组采用LBL教学模式。课程结束后,测试2组学员的基础理论知识和实践应用能力,并以问卷形式调查学员对教学模式的主观量化评分。结果实验组学员基础理论知识成绩和实践应用能力考核得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),问卷调查结果显示实验组学员的人文理念、学习主动性、沟通能力、医患共同参与诊疗意识、分析问题能力、诊疗能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合人文教学的教学模式可加强学员主动学习和沟通能力,促使学员与患者在充满人文关怀的氛围中共同参与疾病的诊治,并提高分析问题和诊疗能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of CBL combined with medical humanity education in neurology teaching of general practitioner standardized training.Methods A total of 80 trainees in Grade 2017 who undertook general practitioner training were chosen as the research objects from The First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College,which were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.The CBL combined with medical humanity education was applied in experimental group,and LBL in control group.After the course,the basic theoretical knowledge and practical application ability of the students were tested,and the students’subjective assessment of teaching method was tested in the form of questionnaires.Results The scores of basic theoretical knowledge test and the practical application ability test in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The subjective assessment survey showed that the humanistic ideas,learning initiative,communication skills,doctor-patient joint management ideas,analytical ability,diagnostic and treatment capabilities in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CBL combined with medical humanities education can strengthen the students’enthusiasm of learning and communication skills,encourage students and patients to participate in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in an atmosphere full of humanistic care,and improve analytic and diagnostic capabilities at the same time.
