摘要
目的阐述多种教学模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用方法,观察应用效果。方法选取本院2018年7月—2019年7月参加规范化培训的72名学员作为研究对象,根据教学方法的不同,对学员进行分组,对照组采用常规方法(传统灌输式教学方法)进行教学,观察组运用导师带教制度、模拟训练、PBL教学模式等多种教学模式完成教学。结果观察组教师评价结果显示,学员学习兴趣高者占88.89%、积极性强者占100.00%、课堂参与度88.89%、答题正确率77.78%、学员教学方法满意度88.89%、学员病历书写(93.15±3.14)分、技能操作(93.39±1.78)分、理论知识(94.51±1.23)分、总成绩(95.78±1.67)分。与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将多种教学模式应用到妇产科住院医师规范化培训中,能够有效改善学员的学习兴趣及学习积极性,提升其课堂参与度,提高学员的病历书写、临床操作、理论知识得分。
Objective To expound the application methods of various teaching modes in standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology resident doctors and observe the effect of application.Methods 72 students who took part in standardized training from July 2018to July 2019 were selected as the object of study.According to the different teaching methods,the students were divided into groups,while the control group was taught by conventional method(traditional infusion teaching method),and the students in the control group were divided into groups according to the different teaching methods.In the observation group,many kinds of teaching modes,such as tutor teaching system,simulation training,PBL teaching mode and so on,were used to complete the teaching.Results The results of teacher evaluation in the observation group showed that 88.89%of the students were interested in learning,and those with strong enthusiasm accounted for 88.89%.100.00%,88.89%,77.78%,88.89%,88.89%,(93.15±3.14),(93.39±1.78),respectively.Theoretical knowledge(94.51±1.23)and total score(95.78±1.67).Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying various teaching models to standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology resident doctors can effectively improve the students'interest and enthusiasm in learning,enhance their participation in the classroom and improve their participation in the classroom.Students'medical record writing,clinical operation,theoretical knowledge score.
