不同背景SP在临床医学OSCE考核的形成性评价 被引量:9

摘要 目的探究不同背景SP在临床医学OSCE考核的形成性评价。方法五年制毕业生248名作为研究对象,第一临床医院116名、第二临床医院132名,两所临床医院完成完全一致的OSCE训练考核工作,分析OSCE考试的效度和可信度,比较各评价情况。结果SP问诊站可靠性系数、医患沟通占可靠性系数、SP查体站可靠性系数分别为α=0.898、α=0.901、α=0.889。医患沟通站SP评分与临床医师评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各考站SP评分与临床医师评分具体内容方面,SP不含体检考站和含体检考站人文关怀评分均高于临床医师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同背景SP评分具体内容方面,SP不含体检考站人文关怀评分高于临床医师,含体检考站人文关怀评分低于临床医师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同背景SP在临床医学OSCE考核中的形成性评价可靠性系数较高。 Objective To explore the formative evaluation of SP from different backgrounds in clinical medicine OSCE assessment.Methods 248 five-year graduates were selected as the study subjects,including 116 students from the first clinical hospital and 132 students from the second clinical hospital.The two clinical hospitals completed completely consistent OSCE training and assessment.The validity and credibility of OSCE examination were analyzed and the evaluation situations were compared.Results The reliability coefficient of SP consultation station,the reliability coefficient of doctor-patient communication and the reliability coefficient of SP physical examination station were=0.898,0.901 and 0.889,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference between the clinician score and the doctor-patient communication station SP score(P<0.05).In terms of the specific content of SP score and clinician score of each examination station,the SP score without physical examination station and humanistic care score with physical examination station were both higher than that of clinician,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the specific content of SP score from different backgrounds,the SP score without physical examination was higher than that of clinicians,while the SP score without physical examination was lower than that of clinicians,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SP from different backgrounds has a high reliability coefficient in clinical OSCE evaluation.
