摘要
目的对学员临床教学进行腔镜模拟训练效果的进行研究。方法以我院2019年1月—2019年6月学员为研究对象,探讨对照组、研究组分别采用传统模式教学、情腔镜模拟训练的教学效果。在腔镜模拟训练结束后,对所有的学员进行考核,考核内容包括基础理论,夹取黄豆、剪切图形、缝合打结,均采用百分制,评分越高教学效果越好。结果研究组的夹取黄豆、剪切图形、缝合打结、基础理论评分显著高于对照组,两组教学评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用腔镜模拟训练来提高教学效果的作用显著,相比传统教学模式的教学评分更高,因此推荐在临床教学中使用该方法。
Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic simulation training on clinical teaching of students.Methods The students in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were the research subjects,and the teaching effects of the traditional model teaching and the anatomical mirror simulation training were discussed in the control group and the research group.After the end of the cavity mirror simulation training,all the students were assessed.The assessment included the basic theory.The yellow beans,the cut graphics,and the suture knotting were all adopted.The higher the score,the better the teaching effect.Results The scoring of soybeans in the study group,the cut pattern,the suture knotting,and the basic theory scores were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference in teaching scores between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of laparoscopic simulation training to improve the teaching effect is significant,and the teaching score is higher than the traditional teaching mode.Therefore,it is recommended to use this method in clinical teaching.
