情景模拟考核在护生出科考核中的应用

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟考核在护生出科考核中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月进该院实习的护理人员共105名,将其按照随机数字表法均分两组,依次设定为观察组(n=50)名和对照组(n=55)名。对两组实习生的应变能力和综合能力进行对比。结果出科考核成绩方面,观察组均高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对考核模式的评价方面,观察组对考核模式的认同率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士出科时,应用情景模拟考核方法,效果显著,有利于每位护士对所学知识进行整合,更好地为临床服务。 Objective To explore the application of simulation in nursing students is given of examination results.Methods Choose between September 2017 and September 2018 in the hospital internship nurses 105,divided the two groups according to random number table method,set as observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=55).Strain of two groups of interns ability and comprehensive ability.Results In aspect of grades,observation group were higher than control group,the data was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Evaluation of assessment in observation,group approval ratings for assessment model was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The scene simulation evaluation method is remarkable,is helpful for each nurse to integrate the knowledge,better service for the clinical.
