浅谈《实验中医学》中实验动物学的教学体会 被引量:1

摘要 实验动物学是深化中医现代化研究的必要保证,也是目前中医科研的常用手段。实验动物学的基本理论和实验操作技术是《实验中医学》课程中的重要内容。笔者近年来在《实验中医学》的教学过程中,多次承担了实验动物学部分的教学任务,对其教学内容和方法积累了一定的教学经验,并总结出:在理论教学过程中,应精选实验动物学基本理论教学内容,灵活运用提问法、案例法和总结法等多种教学方法,夯实学生实验动物的理论知识水平;在实践课程中,应以目前中医药科研需求为导向,重点介绍相关实验动物基本技术,并强化实验操作过程中的细节管理,从而有助于学生熟练掌握动物实验基本技术。 Laboratory animal science is an indispensable guarantee of enhancing Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)modernization,as well as a common method utilized in TCM research.The theoretical basis of laboratory animal science and experimental skills of laboratory animals are important contents in the course of Experimental Chinese Medicine.We are experienced in the teaching contents and methods of Laboratory animal science,since we have taught that part in the course of Experimental Chinese Medicine for several years.As regards teaching the theoretical basis of laboratory animal science,it is essential to define what to teach,and utilize the teaching methods including question,case as well as summarization,so as to enhance the theoretical levels of students.Concerning the experimental skills of laboratory animals,it is important to choose and teach the appropriate experimental skills meeting the needs of scientific research of TCM,and emphasize the management of key steps,in order to help the students to be proficient in the experimental skills of laboratory animals.
