动脉血气剩余血用于危重患者生化检验价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨动脉血气剩余血用于危重患者生化检验的临床应用价值分析。方法对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,随机选取符合要求的102名患者,所有患者均为2015年4月—2018年4月入院接受治疗的危重患者,使用随机单双数分组法,所有患者均采集动脉血进行动脉血气分析同时进行生化检验,而观察组患者51名患者则使用动脉血气剩余血进行生化检验,观察两组患者的生化检查结果。结果两组患者的生化检查结果相对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用动脉血气剩余血进行生化检验,与静脉血的检验结果大致相仿,且用血量更少。 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of residual arterial blood gas in biochemical examination of critically ill patients.Methods Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.102 patients who met the requirements were randomLy selected.All patients were critically ill patients admitted to hospital from April 2015 to April 2018.All patients were randomLy divided into single-digit and double-digit groups.All patients were collected for arterial blood gas analysis and biochemical tests.51 patients in observation group were given arterial blood gas surplus.Blood biochemical tests were carried out to observe the results of biochemical tests in two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in biochemical examination results(P>0.05).Conclusion The results of arterial blood gas residual blood biochemical test are similar to those of venous blood test,and the amount of blood used is less.
