罗哌卡因在分娩阵痛中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Ropivacaine in Labor Pain

目的探讨罗哌卡因在分娩阵痛中的临床应用。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月我院进行分娩的产妇118例,按照治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,各59例。对照组仅予以产科常规处理,不应用任何镇痛药物进行干预,研究组使用罗哌卡因进行镇痛。对比两组产妇宫缩疼痛情况及产后心理状态。结果研究组轻度疼痛两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),重度疼痛高于对照组(P<0.05),无痛低于对照组(P<0.05),产后研究组心理状态优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在干预产妇分娩镇痛的过程中,予以罗哌卡因,镇痛效果确切。

Objective To explore the clinical application of ropivacaine in labor pain.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,118 cases of pregnant women in our hospital for delivery were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was given routine obstetric treatment without intervention with any analgesics.The research group used ropivacaine for analgesia.Compare the two groups of maternal contraction pain and postpartum mental state.Results There was no significant difference between the mild pain in the study group(P>0.05),the severe pain was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the painlessness was lower than the control group(P<0.05).However,psychology better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of interfering with maternal analgesia,ropivacaine is given.The analgesic effect is definite,and it can be further widely used in clinical practice.
