喹硫平、丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相情感障碍

Quetiapine and Magnesium Valproate Sustained-release Tablets in the Treatment of Bipolar Disorder

目的评价双相情感障碍行喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗的预后效果,为双相情感障碍临床用药治疗工作提供参考。方法选择我院收治的80例双相情感障碍患者,结合药物治疗方法进行随机数字表法分组,即对照组、观察组,每组患者40例,参与患者家属知情同意。对照组40例双相情感障碍患者接受丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,观察组40例双相情感障碍患者加行喹硫平治疗。对比2组双相情感障碍患者治疗4周后狂躁以及抑郁评分情况。结果经过4周临床用药治疗后,观察组联合用药治疗的双相情感障碍患者治疗后狂躁、抑郁评分均明显优于单一用药治疗的对照组(P<0.05)。结论双相情感障碍有临床多发趋势,对患者自身、社会安全均有负性影响。对比丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相情感障碍在改善患者狂躁、抑郁方面整体效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the prognostic effect of quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of bipolar affective disorder,and to provide reference for the clinical medication of bipolar affective disorder.Methods 80 patients with bipolar disorder in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group,and the patients'family members'informed consent was participated in.The control group received magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets for 40 patients with bipolar disorder,while the observation group received quetiapine for 40 patients with bipolar disorder.The mania and depression scores of two groups of bipolar disorder patients after 4 weeks of treatment were compared.Results After 4 weeks of clinical treatment,the mania and depression scores of patients with bipolar affective disorder treated with combined drugs in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group treated with single drugs,and the index results were statistically calculated(P<0.05).Conclusion Bipolar affective disorder tends to be more common in clinic,and has negative effects on patients themselves and social security.Compared with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets,quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of bipolar affective disorder in improving the overall effect of mania and depression.
