神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路垂体腺瘤患者围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing of Patients With Pituitary Adenoma Undergoing Transsphenoidal Approach Under Neuroendoscopy

目的了解神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路垂体腺瘤患者围手术期优化护理。方法将我院2016年3月—2018年3月的70例神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路垂体腺瘤患者,随机分组,传统护理组对于本次就诊的垂体腺瘤患者给予传统护理,围手术期优化护理干预组对于本次就诊的垂体腺瘤患者开展围手术期优化护理。比较两组满意度;神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路垂体腺瘤诊疗全程的时间、手术后平均住院天数;护理前后神经功能状态;并发症发生率。结果围手术期优化护理干预组满意度、神经功能状态、神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路垂体腺瘤诊疗全程的时间、手术后平均住院天数、并发症发生率对比传统护理组有优势。结论神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路垂体腺瘤患者实施围手术期优化护理效果确切。

Objective To understand the perioperative optimal nursing care of patients with pituitary adenoma via transsphenoidal approach under neuroendoscopy.Methods Seventy patients with pituitary adenoma who underwent transnasal transsphenoidal approach from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomized.The traditional nursing group gave traditional care to patients with pituitary adenomas.Perioperative optimization nursing intervention group performed perioperative optimization nursing for patients with pituitary adenoma presented.The satisfaction of the two groups was compared.The time of endoscopic transsphenoidal approach for pituitary adenoma and the average length of hospital stay after surgery;the neurological status before and after nursing;the incidence of complications.Results During the perioperative period,the satisfaction of the nursing intervention group,the neurological status,the time of the endoscopic transsphenoidal approach for pituitary adenoma,the average length of hospital stay after surgery,and the incidence of complications were superior to those of the traditional nursing group.P<0.05.Conclusion Perioperative optimization of nursing care in patients with pituitary adenoma via transnasal endoscopic approach is accurate.
