优质护理对慢性重症乙型病毒性肝炎的效果

Effect of Quality Nursing on Chronic Severe Hepatitis B

目的分析慢性重症乙型病毒性肝炎患者应用优质护理干预的效果。方法研究选取了近两年我院收治的80例慢性重症乙型病毒性肝炎患者作为研究对象,病例选取时段为2016年10月—2018年8月,应用数字随机法进行分组,一组给与常规护理,为普通组,一组给与优质护理,为观察组,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者躯体功能评分为(82.3±4.1)分,心理功能评分为(85.2±4.1)分,社会功能评分为(86.8±3.9)分,情感功能评分为(83.6±4.6)分,其各项数据高于普通组(P<0.05);观察组患者用药依从性为92.5%(37例),普通组患者的用药依从性为75.0%(30例),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性重症乙型病毒性肝炎应用优质护理措施可以有效提高患者的生活质量,并让患者配合治疗,提升其依从性。

Objective To analyze the effect of quality nursing intervention in patients with chronic severe hepatitis B.Methods Eighty patients with chronic severe hepatitis B admitted to our hospital in the past two years were selected as the research subjects.The case selection period was from October 2016 to August 2018,and the group was applied by digital random method.With routine care,the general group,a group of quality care,for the observation group,compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The physical function score of the observation group was(82.3±4.1),the psychological function score was(85.2±4.1),the social function score was(86.8±3.9),and the emotional function score was(83.6±4.6).The data were higher than the normal group(P<0.05);the medication compliance of the observation group was 92.5%(37 cases),and the medication compliance of the general group was 75.0%(30 cases).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing measures for chronic severe hepatitis B can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and let patients cooperate with treatment to improve their compliance,which is worth promoting.
