摘要
近年来中枢神经系统自身抗体的发现促进了神经病学的发展,自身免疫性脑炎已成为神经免疫领域的重要前沿。儿童自身免疫性脑炎有其独特特征,充分认识儿童自身免疫性脑炎的临床特征对于指导诊断、治疗和预后评估具有重要意义。
In recent years,the discovery of autoantibody against central nervous system has promoted the deve-lopment of neurology,and autoimmune encephalitis has become an important frontier in the field of neuroimmunity.Autoimmune encephalitis in children has its unique features.Fully understanding the clinical features of children′s autoi-mmune encephalitis is very important in guiding diagnosis,treatment and evaluation of prognosis.
