摘要
衣原体(Chlamydia)感染致病与其严格的胞内寄生及诱导的炎症反应密切相关。含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶(cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinases,Caspases)是存在于细胞质中具有相似结构的一组蛋白酶,参与炎症因子的产生及对细胞凋亡的调节。衣原体感染宿主细胞后,可通过影响Caspases的激活,从而操控宿主细胞的凋亡并促使炎症反应。本文主要综述了Caspases的特征和分类及Caspase-1、Caspase-3、Caspase-8、Caspase-9、Caspase-11在衣原体感染中的表达和作用,以期为今后该领域的研究提供参考。
Host inflammatory responses triggered by chlamydial intracellular survival and replication are thought to contribute to chlamydia-induced pathologies.Cysteinyl aspartate-specific proteinases(caspases)are a family of cysteine proteases whose functions are inextricably linked to the production of inflammatory cytokines and the regulation of apoptosis.After infecting host cells,the Chlamydia bacterium can manipulate the apoptosis of host cells and promote an inflammatory response by affecting the activation of caspases.This review will focus on the characteristics and classification of caspases,as well as the expression and role of caspase-1,caspase-3,caspase-8,caspase-9,and caspase-11 in chlamydia in order to provide a reference for future research in this area.
