Akt/mTOR信号通路与自噬及寄生虫的关系

The Akt/mTOR signaling pathway and its role in autophagy and parasites

摘要 自噬是一种细胞内的自我吞噬现象,广泛存在于真核细胞。其在维持细胞稳态和细胞适应环境变化等过程中发挥着重要的作用。同时,作为一把双刃剑,自噬对病原微生物的发生发展既有促进作用,又有抑制作用。Akt/mTOR信号通路传导途径由蛋白激酶B(PKB/Akt)和哺乳动物类雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)组成。本文探讨该通路在对寄生虫感染引起的肺组织细胞发生自噬,综述自噬在Akt/mTOR信号通路中与寄生虫的发生发展关系。 Autophagy is an intracellular self-degradative phenomenon that is widely found in eukaryotic cells.It plays an important role in maintaining cell homeostasis and facilitating cell adaptation to environmental changes.Autophagy acts as a double-edged sword at the same time,both promoting and inhibiting the development and growth of pathogenic microorganisms.The Akt/mTOR signaling pathway consists of protein kinase B(PKB/Akt)and the mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR).This paper examines the autophagy of lung tissue induced by a parasitic infection and it reviews the relationship between autophagy via the Akt/mTOR signaling pathway and parasite development and growth.
