摘要
中国大陆社会工作的发展随着数量上迅速增长,也遇到了各种各样的困难和挑战;“中国社会工作2.0”揭示的专业提升任务,变得越来越迫切。本文从时代使命、社会需要和专业地位等方面,进一步论述社会工作的领导力问题(包括但不仅限于组织管理与评估的成分)。指出在“前途光明、道路曲折”的情况下,社会工作者的信心、使命感、职业待遇、专业水准、领导才能等都要大力加强。社会工作理论基础的博采众长,社会工作服务教育的特殊性,和社会工作学术研究的开放性将逐一讨论。社会工作的实务、方法、理论和价值亦有评论,其发展过程则从总体公共政策(GPP)的高度予以理解。提出“社会工作的底蕴”,并与“社会学的想象力”相比较,再次呼吁社会工作专业的平等地位,以充分发挥其在“后经济国家”新时代的领导作用,并积极推动和引领各学科之间的进一步合作。
The rapid growth of Chinese social work by numbers has met with some issues and challenges.And the tasks for promoting the profession as indicated by“Chinese social work 2.0”are becoming pressing.This article further raises and discusses the topic of leadership development in social work(including but not limited to organization management)in terms of its historical mission,social needs,and professional requirements.“Social work richness/deposits”is used to describe the profession’s deep empowerment compared to“sociological imagination/insights”.It argues again for an equal disciplinary status in China in order to fully display social work’s leadership role in the“post-economic state”era in promoting and guiding interdisciplinary collaboration.
