儿腹康巴布贴穴位贴敷治疗儿童诺如病毒感染性腹泻临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Norovirus Infection Diarrhea in Children by Acupoint Application of Erfu Kangbabu Plaster

目的:观察儿腹康巴布贴穴位贴敷治疗儿童诺如病毒感染性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将72例患儿按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各36例。对照组给予蒙脱石散口服,治疗组穴位贴敷儿腹康巴布贴。比较两组患儿的临床疗效及临床症状改善时间。结果:对照组有效率为77.78%,治疗组有效率为100.00%,两组患儿有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿临床症状改善时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿腹康巴布贴治疗儿童诺如病毒感染性腹泻疗效确切,可改善患儿的临床症状,缩短治疗时间。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint application of Erfu Kangbabu Plaster on norovirus infection diarrhea in children.Methods:A total of 72 children were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 36 cases in each group.In the control group,Montmorillonite Powder was given orally,and in the treatment group,the related acupoints were applied with Enfu Kangbabu Plaster.Then the clinical efficacy and the improvement time of clinical symptoms between the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 77.78% in the control group and 100.00% in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of Erfu Kangbabu Plaster has a remarkable efficacy on norovirus infection diarrhea in children,can improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the treatment time.
